I don't understand why people have to be so freaking lazy at work. Yes since you want to be a baby I will completely stop my training for my new position and help you do your job (even though it isn't my job anymore) until the new girl gets back just so you don't have to do a little extra work! I really don't understand. This is BULLSHIT.
